WittyWalls collaborates with artists and fulfillment centers across multiple countries—such as the US, China, Germany, UK, and more. Your order may be shipped from any of these locations, depending on availability. We aim to use the most efficient carrier to minimize cost and transit time.

2. Processing & Dispatch

• Processing time : Most non-custom orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
  
• Dispatch methods: We use reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, local postal services). Exact method depends on package size, destination, and origin.
  

3. Delivery Estimates

• Domestic shipments: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  
• International shipments: Delivery may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination, carrier, and customs procedures.
  
  Delays due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or address issues are beyond our control, but we’ll support you in tracking your package.
  

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to check real-time updates via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier. We don’t add hidden charges—shipping cost shown is the final amount. Customs duties or VAT for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
